About Jane

Jane Foxen is a New York City based professional organizer and consultant specializing in organizational and design solutions for the home and office. Jane is experienced in understanding spatial relationships and naturally applies her visual problem solving skills to the world around her, dating back to the dollhouses she built as a child, and extending to her modern professional achievements.

 
 

Jane is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and is on the NAPO New York Chapter Programming Committee and Leadership Forum Committee. Professionally, she has worked in advertising photography and television production, where her organizational skills propelled her to succeed in two highly demanding industries. As a photo shoot producer, Jane managed budgets, castings, crews, location scouting, and served as the on-site producer for large budget international advertising campaigns. Her problem solving skills, as well as understanding of spatial relationships and material adaptability, were enhanced by and essential to this work.

Born and raised in New York City, Jane attended school in Manhattan and graduated from The University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA in Geography and a minor in Art. An avid and experienced traveler, both for business and pleasure, Jane is personable, friendly, flexible and easy to work with. In her free time, she volunteers at The Coalition for the Homeless programs by giving talks on organization and time management for female participants.
